A.) D/X hardware configs –

Active DX interface HBA (7030-20084-01) pictured below functions with all Z400 DX supported releases of

Media Composer and Newscutter. (Media Composer 3.5.4 and Newscutter 7.5.4 or later releases).

Passive DX interface HBA (7030-30021-01) pictured below requires minimum Media Composer 3.5 9 or

Newscutter 7.5.9 version software.

Running the passive version DX HIB with prior software releases may

result in instability.
