12/89: 20111201 PARTS-78 POWER STABILIZER KIT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. Remove stabilizer lock on crane curb-side. 2. Remove nut on rod that comes through housing on both ends of crane base. 3. Remove the two bolts on the stabilizer stop.

12/89: 20111201 PARTS-79 4. Remove the two bolts and pin that hold the roller in place. Pull stabilizer halfway out. USING A HOIST OR SUPPORT, remove the stabilizer completely. 5. Remove this rod from the st a bilizer. Set aside.

12/89: 20111201 PARTS-80 7. Install cylinder in stabilizer leg as shown. Note: Fittings must face upward. 8. Install the stabilizer lock (removed in S tep 1 from the crane curb-side) and wear pad on the inside of the crane. 9. Slide stabilizer leg and cylinder into base. Make sure fittings face upward.

12/89: 20111209 PARTS-81 11. After sliding stabilizer back into the crane base, slide bracket on the end of the cylinder as shown. Pin bracket to cylinder, then bolt in place (4 bolts) to the crane base. 12. Once bracket is bolted in place, use 6 mm bolt to hold cylinder in place.

12/89: 20020909 PARTS-82 15. Install control rods and cross control rod. See Step 17. 16. Port T1 is located on the valvebank bottom port next to the base. Remove the plug and screw in plug #61367. This must be installed to build up pressure so that the power stabilizers will function correctly.

12/89: 20020909 PARTS-83 19. Connect 1/2" x 52" hose to the bottom port on the two-section valvebank as shown. Run hose under the slew cylinder. This hose will connect to the T on the tank in step 18. 20. Run the 52" return hose from the two section valvebank to the tank on the front side of the crane as shown.

12/89: 20020909 PARTS-84 22. The top set of hoses for the power-out cylinder control the curb side. The hose closest to the control handle connects on the base end of the cylinder . The other hose connects to the port tube on the cylinder.
