9. Attach the Ducting
• For the internal blower box, use 6" (152 mm) round ducting and the 6" (152 mm) diameter back draft damper.
• For the remote blower, use 10" (254 mm) round ducting.
• Attach ducting using clamps or aluminum duct tape to seal all joints and vent outside.
10. Remove Packaging
• Remove all packaging and protective wrappings.
11. Install the Cooktop
• Install the cooktop
• Check to make sure that the rear edge of the cooktop overlaps the front edge of the downdraft unit by 5/16" (8
mm) Fig.25.
