12.MAINTENANCE SCHEME

WEEKLY (50 hours)
1. Check the tightness of stays fixing and wheel bolts.
REMARK! For a new trailer, check after first 10
hours.
2. Check hydraulic hoses and cylinders condition. Check
connection of hoses. When you change hydraulic
hoses, clean the new hoses with pressurized air. Make
sure that the hoses are connected correctly after
replacing.

4. Check hub bearings and bogie bearings.
5. Check brakes condition. Replace brake shoes if they
have worn down to 2 mm or below ( see spare parts
manual for exploded view of brakes). Clean brake
drum.
