Connecting to a VCR/TV using the Edit Station
— CCD-TR3300 for Canadian model only
Once you connect the supplied HSA-EC1 Edit Station to your TV or VCR, you can
easily view the picture on your TV. For using the Edit Station, see the operating
instructions supplied with the Edit Station.
If your TV is already connected to a VCR
Connect the Edit Station to the LINE IN inputs on the VCR by using the supplied A/V
connecting cable. Set the input selector on the VCR to LINE. Set the TV/VCR selector
on the TV to VCR.
If you are going to connect the Edit Station using the S video cable (not supplied) [a],
you do not need to connect the yellow (video) plug of the A/V connecting cable [b].

If you connect directly to TV
Connect the Edit Station to the inputs on the TV using the supplied A/V connecting
cable. Set the TV/VCR selector on the TV to VCR.
: Signal flow
If your VCR or TV is a monaural type
Connect only the white plug for audio on both the Edit Station and the TV or VCR.
With this connection, the sound is monaural.
