Also, read and understand all instructions thoroughly before assembling the treadmill. Failure to do so could result in injury. 1. Use 2 bolts (a) to secure the bottle holder (J) to the right side upright (D).

At this time, you can press to accelerate, ▬ to decelerate, rasie and to lower the unit. You can also use the left and right handrail controls (as shown in picture beolw) to adjust the elevation and speed respectively.
