Appendix H common troubleshooting methods
A. The screen does not light or keeps flashing
1. Check if the power supply is powered. As shown in Picture 1 below:
2. Check the DVI line and check if the network cable is in good contact. As shown in
Picture 2 below
3. The sync screen detects whether the green light of the sending card and the
receiving card is blinking. As shown in Picture 2 below
4. Check for copy mode. As shown in Picture 3:
