Panel Info
• Panel Name: Displays the name of the panel that was
• MAC Address: This is the MAC address of the panel.
• Net version: Firmware version of the panel.
• Report Account: User account ID number.
• ZB version: This is the Zigbee version of the panel.
Internet Communication
This chapter is meant only for Q-Pro panels working with 2G GSM dongles. Q-panels have only Ethernet com-
munications and cannot be modified.
• Use GSM Dongle: Check the box if the Q-Pro panel has a 2G GSM dongle (DG2-Pro).
• Ethernet: The Q-Pro panel will work only via the router as your main communication method and there will
be no backup communication method.
• Ethernet & GSM: The Q-Pro panel will work via the router as your main communication method and GSM
only as
a backup
in case router doesn't work.
• GSM APN (Access Point Name): For some telecom providers the Q-Pro Hub would fill-up the APN settings
automatically. Check that the APN settings are filled up.
If the APN settings are empty or you want to re-write the APN settings click on "Overridden by HPS" and set
up the APN settings manually. Ask your telecom provider for your APN settings: "APN name", "username" and
"password".
At the "RSSI" field check that the GSM signal strength is 6 or above. If the signal is below 6 try another location
for the Q-Pro or test with
