Note:
1. Since cMT-iPC15 / cMT-iPC10 does not offer Windows
recovery disc, it is highly recommended to back up the
system after installing Windows.
2. Please enter the Product Key to activate the system at the first time starting the
HMI after installing the Windows Embedded Standard 7 OS; otherwise, the
Product Key cannot be entered, and the OS must be installed again. You may skip
this step and use a trail version OS. Please note that a 30-day trial will start when
the license is not included with the cMT-iPC model you purchase. Once the trial
expires the system will reboot every 20 minutes. Please perform a clean
installation of the OS before the trial expires.
3. When using WIoT OS, please enter the Product Key in the prompt window at the
first time starting the HMI after installing the OS. If the Product Key is entered in
[Activation] » [Change product key], then cMT-iPC reboots every 30 minutes
after the trial period has expired. A 90-day trial will start when no product key is
entered.
8. Turning ON/OFF the HMI
ON:
To turn on the HMI, go to BIOS and set whether to automatically turn on, or press the
power button to turn on, when the HMI is connected to power supply.
Go to BIOS \ Advanced \ South Cluster Configuration \ Miscellaneous Configuration \
State After G3:
S0 State: Automatically turn on when connected to power supply.
S5 State: Press the power button to turn on when connected to power supply.
