Using Caller ID

Caller ID allows people to identify a caller before answering the phone by displaying the number
of the incoming call. You can follow these steps when you do not want your number displayed in
making a call. Call PCS Customer center to permanently block your number.
1. Press * 6 7.
2. Enter the number you want to call.
3. Press TALK.

Using Call Forwarding

You can forward all your incoming calls to another phone number – even when your phone is
turned off. You can still make calls from your phone when Call Forwarding is activated.
To activate Call Forwarding
1. Press * 7 2.
2. Enter the area code and phone number to which your future calls are to be forwarded.
3. Press TALK. You will hear a tone to confirm the activation of Call Forwarding.
To deactivate Call Forwarding:
1. Press * 7 2 0.
2. Press TALK. You will hear a tone to confirm the deactivation.
Note: You are charged a higher rate for calls you have forwarded.
