Schedule

Adding a Schedule to the Calendar

1.
From the Calendar display, highlight the day to add a schedule to and press OPTIONS
(right softkey) > Add Schedule.
2.
Enter a description to the Description field and press MENU/OK.
- or -
Press TEXT MODE (right softkey) > From To Do to retrieve a description from your To Do
List. Highlight an item and press MENU/OK.
3.
Select further fields to edit and press MENU/OK.
Description to enter a description of the schedule.
Category to select a category of the schedule.
Priority to select a priority of the schedule.
Start to set the start time.
End to set the end time.
Location to enter a location of the schedule.
Ringer to select a ringer for the alarm.
Alarm Time to edit the alarm time (number of hours or minutes before the schedule
starts).
Repeat to select the alarm frequency.
4.
Press SAVE (left softkey).

Storing a Schedule as a To Do Item

1.
From the Calendar display, press OPTIONS (right softkey) > Schedule List > OPTIONS
(right softkey) > Add to To Do.
2.
Follow steps 2-4 in "Storing To Do Items to Your Phone" on page xx.

Call Alarm

Adding a Call Alarm to the Calendar

You can set call alarms to notify you when you need to place a call. The call alarm will let you
know when and to whom to place a scheduled call. You can set up to 15 call alarms.
1.
From the Calendar display, highlight the day to add a call alarm to and press OPTIONS
(right softkey) > Add Call Alarm.
2.
Enter the phone number directly to the Phone # field, or press OPTIONS (right softkey) >
From Contacts or Voicemail:
From Contacts to select a number from your Contacts
Voicemail to select a number for voicemail access.
3.
Select further fields to edit and press MENU/OK.
Category to select a category of the call alarm.
Time/Date to set the start time.
Alarm to edit the alarm time (number of hours or minutes before the call alarm starts).
Repeat to select the alarm frequency.
4.
Press SAVE (left softkey).
To respond to a call alarm:
► Press TALK to dial the phone number.
