4.2.4 On-board VGA Enable/Disable Jumper: JVGAD

This jumper is used to enable/disable the on-board VGA. When you want to use on-board VGA, short connect
pin#1-2 of this jumper (Default option). If you want to use add-on VGA card and disable on-board VGA, short
connecting pin#2-3 of this jumper.
