12. Warrantee

Manufacturer guarantees
If you install and operate the boiler correctly, as it is described in this manual, guarantee service period will
apply, starting from the purchase date:
- for boiler: 24 months.
- for wearing parts (see clause 8): 6 months, excluding rod (see Figure 7).
Manufacturer undertakes to eliminate the failures resulting from manufacturer's fault.
Burner guarantee service rules are described in „ECO-BURNER UNI-MAX 100-1000 kW Pellet Burner
User Manual".
In the case of boiler malfunction, call by phone and when the firm's representatives arrive, fill in the
guarantee service application form on the last page.
Manufacturer's guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
• There are no purchase documents (VAT invoice, cash check or cash receipt voucher);
• This technical specification with manufacturer's and seller's mark is lost, the marks are not filled or factory
number differs from the number on the boiler;
• Mechanical damages possibly causing the malfunction are seen;
• Boiler failed due to incorrect connection or installation;
• The are unauthorized design changes;
• The boiler was repaired by unauthorized persons;
• The boiler was used not according to the user manual (with improper fuel);
• There are deformations or burnt out metal (which is caused by use of improper fuel);
• Boiler failed due to natural disasters;
• Burner was installed and started without presence of manufacturer's representative.
I have familiarized with the boiler guarantee service conditions. I have been informed that if boiler is
installed and operated not according to the requirements of this manual, I lose the right to guarantee
service.
