In order to check the state of heat exchanger cleaning mechanism, take off its protective cover. To do so,
pull forward its bottom part (1, see fig. 7), then lift up (2) to disjoin; by unscrewing the screws take away the
remaining part of the lid (3).
In order to reach the lubrication points of the heat exchanger cleaning mechanism, remove the gear and
the mechanism itself (see fig. 7).
Turbulizer rotation motion is transferred via dismountable joints. Dismountable joints are mounted as
follows: open the door of heat exchanger at a minimum (just to insert hand); take off each turbulizer and
insert part of its dismountable joint into respective socket (located at the inner side of the door of heat
exchanger); after inserting all the joints, close the door of heat exchanger – turbulizers are pushed to their
places.
When the turbulizer is not inserted into the sockets and the door is closed, the cotter sockets fit into the
turbulent nozzles. When operating the boiler with poorly installed turbulators (see Fig. 8), the camshafts are
broken.
