Transportation and storing

Manufacturer delivers the boiler to the customer unpacked.
Boiler is transported disassembled, ash container, ash conveyor and burner are mounted on different
pallets (see fig. 9).
To suspend for loading and unloading, the boiler has lugs in its upper part.
In the case boiler is lifted by loader, its fork has to be longer than the basis of the boiler.
In the case boiler is pushed on rolls, they have to be longer than width of the basis of the boiler.
Boiler has to be transported on covered vehicle or protected from precipitation by cover.
If boiler cannot be unloaded exactly on the spot of use, it can be pushed to the place on transverse rolls.
Before installation boiler has to be stored in dry premises without presence of chemically aggressive
substance vapour.

Quick wearing materials during operation

Sealing ropes during operation can wear out, burn out.
They are available in the shop or at manufacturer.

The heat exchanger door rotation cranks are placed in poorly positioned turbulators in the sockets for
them, so the cranks (see Fig. 7) are not covered by the warranty.

Boiler disposal

Boiler is made of different materials, therefore at the end of its service life, after uninstallation of the boiler
it has to be dismantled and disposed:
• Electrical parts have to be transferred to the company recycling such parts;
• Metal parts have to be brought to metal scrap;
• Remaining materials have to go to a landfill or waste storage sites.
Recovery actions must comply with the laws and rules of the user country.

10. Acceptance certificate

Central heating boiler with pellet burner "Kalvis-...........MG" complies with the drawings, LST EN 303-5
standard requirements and is fit for operation.
Boiler was tested with 6,0 bar (0,6MPa) pressure.
