When slide is at "+1" position, forward time by one hour.
Reverse by one hour when turned to "-1" position.

Time Zone loops as Set
Buttons are pressed. Time
changes to reflect Time
Zone. If no button pressed
for 10 seconds, changes
are set and 2 BEEPS
Time Zone Set mode exits.
