Cannot locate printer or print from Android device.
Probable Cause
There is no print service installed on the Android
device.
The print service is installed, but is not enabled.
The printer is not on the phone or tablet list of
printers.
Cannot connect to Adapter's embedded web server.
Probable Cause
The PC and Adapter are on different networks.
The adapter is powered off or is offline.
Cannot find the SSID for the Adapter in available wireless connections.
Probable Cause
The adapter is powered off or is offline.
The adapter is out of range of the PC or laptop.
SoftAP mode is disabled.
Solution
Ensure that the correct print service plugin is installed on
the phone/tablet:
GoogleCloud Print
Mopria Print Service
Xerox Android Print Service
You can download these plugins from the Google Play Store.
Ensure that print service is enabled in the Android OS via
the Settings Menu, Print Settings. For details, refer to your
Android device documentation, or contact the Android
device manufacturer for support.
If the WPSA and the Android device are on different routers
or access points, ensure that mDNS Forwarding is enabled
in both. Contact your router and/or access point
manufacturer's technical support for assistance.

Ensure that the PC is connected to the same network as the
