Troubleshooting

Possible cause
No or insufficient power supply
Operating mode is set to
Off.
Intensity setting is too low.
System temperature is low.
Overtemperature, air inlet and/or
outlet is covered.
Overtemperature due to broken
fan.
LED seems to be defective.
Low power supply.
No connection to COM-Port.
Wrong COM-Port, incorrect set-
tings.
Solution
Check cables and connector
plugs, replace power supply
unit if necessary.
Set operating mode to
MP.
Adjust the intensity (trigger
signal could be needed
depending on the settings).
Increase intensity.
No action required.
Please check if air inlets and
outlets are uncovered.
Minimum distance is 10 cm.
