How to Clean the Convection Fan Box
Before you begin

WARNING:
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection, and
face protection when handling oven cleaner. Do not open the
oven door during the wash or rinse cycle.
Do not use steel pads, wire brushes, or scrapers when

To clean the rotisserie convection fan box, do the following.

Make sure
the oven is cool—oven is less than 140°F (60°C).
Clean
the oven with a full wash cycle. See topic How to Clean the Oven Using

the cleaner to soften the grease for 10 minutes.
