Maintenance schedule
* = General maintenance done by the operator. The
instructions are not given in this operator's manual.

Maintenance

Make sure that nuts and screws are tightened
Make sure that there are no fuel or oil leaks
To clean the product on page 26
Clean as given in
Clean the inner surface of the cutting deck, around the blades
Clean the cutting deck, below the belt covers and below the
cutting deck
Clean around the engine and the muffler
Clean the air filter
Clean the engine and the transmission
Make sure that the cold air intake of the engine is not blocked
Make sure that the cold air intake of the transmission is not
blocked
Make sure that the safety devices are not defective
Do a check of the engine oil level
Do a check of the oil level in the transmission oil tank
Do a check of the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank
Make sure that the hydraulic hoses and the hydraulic couplings
are clean and not damaged
Make sure that the fuel hoses and the couplings are clean and
not damaged
Make sure that the hoses for the cooling system and the cou-
plings are clean and not damaged
Do a check of the coolant level
Examine the cutting deck for damages
Examine the blades in the cutting deck
Examine the V-belt of the cutting deck
Do a check of the tension of the belts and make sure the belts
are not worn
