Replace Drive Motor

1. Unplug the treadmill.
Warning: Always turn the
unit off and unplug it from the wall
power outlet before working on any
electronic component.
2. Remove sidewall covers and motor
shroud.
3. Walk the drive belt #54 off the motor
pulley.
4. Unplug motor from MCB
5. Release motor tension bolt #32.
6. Release (2) motor tension bolts #33.
7. Unplug speed sensor #71 from MCB
8. Using a wrench under the frame,
release (4) bolts #77 from drive motor.
