Lubricate the Running Belt

Lubricate underside of running belt with
silicone per the frequency in the
Manual – we recommend the Lube-N-Walk
treadmill lubrication kit for ease of use and
performance.
1. Unplug the treadmill.
2. Using a paint stick or ruler, slide a
towel under the middle of the belt
from one side of the frame to the
other.
3. Hold the edges of the towel; pull
towards the tail roller; pull to the head
roller; then slide the belt down to
completely wipe the entire underside
of the belt.
4. Apply the silicone lube onto the
sponges (blue) on both sides of the
applicator (included in the kit)
5. Insert the applicator under the belt so
that it can be grasped from both sides.
6. Move the applicator towards the
motor compartment then back
towards the rear roller.
7. Rotate the belt manually and repeat.
8. Remove applicator, then perform a
calibration from the console (See page
6) prior to returning unit to service.
