Cause of Problem
Signal on terminal 53 or 54 is less than 50% of
value set in 6-10 Terminal 53 Low Voltage,
6-12 Terminal 53 Low Current, 6-20 Terminal 54 Low
Voltage and 6-22 Terminal 54 Low Current.
No motor has been connected to the output of the
frequency converter.
Missing phase on supply side, or too high voltage
imbalance. Check supply voltage.
Intermediate circuit voltage exceeds limit.
Intermediate circuit voltage drops below "voltage
warning low" limit.
More than 100% load for too long.
Motor is too hot due to more than 100% load for
too long.
Thermistor or thermistor connection is discon-
nected.
Torque exceeds value set in either 4-16 Torque Limit
Motor Mode or 4-17 Torque Limit Generator Mode.
Inverter peak current limit is exceeded.
Discharge from output phases to earth.
Short-circuit in motor or on motor terminals.
No communication to frequency converter.
The fan warning function is an extra protective
function that checks if the fan is running/mounted.
The fan warning can be disabled in 14-53 Fan
Monitor ([0] Disabled).
Brake resistor is short-circuited, thus brake function
is disconnected.
The power transmitted to the brake resistor over
the last 120 s. exceeds the limit. Possible
corrections: decrease brake energy (lower speed or
longer ramp time).
Brake transistor is short-circuited, thus brake
function is disconnected.
Brake resistor is not connected/working
Motor phase U is missing. Check the phase.
Motor phase V is missing. Check the phase.
Motor phase W is missing. Check the phase.
This warning/alarm is only active if the supply
voltage to the frequency converter is lost and
14-10 Mains Failure is NOT set to [0] No Function.
Contact local Danfoss supplier.
Check the load connected to terminal 27 or remove
short-circuit connection.
Check the load connected to terminal 29 or remove
short-circuit connection.
24 V DC may be overloaded.
Wrong setting for motor voltage and/or motor
current.
Motor current is too low. Check settings.
The motor is too large for the AMA to operate.
The motor is too small for the AMA to operate.
