3 system-board connector
2 Disconnect the power-adapter connector cable from the system-board
connector.

3 Disconnect the fan cable from the I/O board connector.
4 Remove the two screws that secure the fan to the palm-rest assembly.
5 Lift the fan away from the palm-rest assembly.
