When you contact Recon for assistance, you need to provide the following
information:

MOD Live firmware version number. Go to Preferences and select Settings.

MOD Live serial number. See the white sticker on the back of the battery pack.

Remote controller ID. See the white sticker on the back of the remote controller. Refer to the last 3 digits.
STORAGE AND TRAVELLING TIPS
Handle MOD Live with the same care as a smartphone, iPod, or MP3 player.

Make sure that MOD Live is powered off.

Pack MOD Live in a separate compartment away from sharp or hard objects. Do not place items directly on top
of MOD Live.

Avoid leaving MOD Live in direct sunlight.

Avoid leaving MOD Live in subzero temperatures.

Keep MOD Live out of water.

Store MOD Live and its accessories away from the reach of small children.
