Using Extension Cords

LIFTING BRACKET
1. Before lifting the generator, inspect the
bracket and make sure it is securely fastened
to the generator. Do not lift the generator
unless the lifting bracket is securely fastened.
2. Hook a chain or strap through the eye on the
lifting bracket and make sure it is securely
fastened.
3. Connect a suitable lifting device to the chain
or strap. Inspect chain and hook for any
damaged links or any defects that could
cause failure. It is recommended to use hooks
with safety latches installed.
4. Lift the generator slightly to ensure it is
lifting straight and level. Adjust the bracket if
required to allow it to lift correctly.
