WHO HAS ACCESS TO MY CONTROLLER?
We mention the CLI access list – which allows users to perform actions in ControlMate.
Generally speaking, anyone in the access list can do anything as an 'administrator', but members
could be tagged as a 'user' and restricted to using SHOW and OUT commands.
Typing the command
SHO CLI
# -Number-
0* 0412345665
1* 0423456775
9S 0397683340
>
From the top to bottom – left to right...
0...1
The left-most digit is the position in the access list. In this case, only users 0 and 1 have
been set up.
*
This character indicates the user has full 'administrator' permissions.
S
indicates the number is a 'slave' ControlMate to receive output messages.
No marker indicates limited OUT/SHO access.
9..9
is the Caller ID presented by the user's phone. This may be a landline phone (for dial-in
control), or an SMS enabled mobile for command & message access.
Because SMS messages are limited in length, there may be additional CLI records further down the
list. To see more detail for a specific CLI entry, type
>sho cli 0
CLI #0
