    NTRODUCTION 2. I NTRODUCTION Description The Ovation F-415VW is a variable white Fresnel-style LED lighting fixture with 16-bit dimming resolution for smooth fades. It delivers a beautiful flat, even field of light. Its motorized zoom, with a range between 27° to 68°, is controlled either manually or via DMX. Simple and complex DMX channel profiles offer programming versatility.

    ETUP 3. S ETUP AC/DC Power This product has an auto-ranging power supply that can work with an input voltage range of 100–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz or 28 VDC power from a conditioned professional regulated battery (for example, Anton Bauer or Block Battery).

    ETUP DMX Linking You can link the Ovation F-415VW to a DMX controller using a 5-pin DMX connection. If using other DMX- compatible products with this product, you can control each individually with a single DMX controller. DMX Personalities The Ovation F-415VW uses a 5-pin DMX data connection for the 4 Ch, 6 Ch, 7 Ch, 9 Ch, 13 Ch, 16 Ch, and 18 Ch DMX personalities.

    PERATION Configuration (Standalone) Use standalone configuration to operate the product without a DMX controller. Static Mode The Static mode allows for an unchanging color without a DMX controller. Color Temperature Go to the Static main level. Select Color Temperature. Select the desired color temperature (see Preset Color Temperature Chart).

    PERATION Fan Mode This setting determines how the fan speed on the Ovation F-415VW is set. Go to the Fan Mode main level. Select Auto (fan speed will increase or decrease based on product temperature) or On (fan speed will always be at maximum). Back Light This setting allows for selection of the amount of time the backlight on the Ovation F-415VW’s display stays on after the last button is pressed on the control panel.

    ECHNICAL 5. T ECHNICAL NFORMATION Product Maintenance To maintain optimum performance and minimize wear, clean this product frequently. Usage and environment are contributing factors in determining the cleaning frequency. Clean this product at least twice a month. Dust build-up reduces light output performance and can cause overheating.
