The RRU handle can not be used for binding the hoisting rope.

It is strictly prohibited to use steel wire rope as the hoisting rope.

During the hoisting procedure, irrelevant person is prohibited to stand surrounding the
tower, especially under the RRU, to avoid unexpected injury.
