Soldering instruction phyCORE-i.MX 6UL/ULL Delivery Format The modules are shipped in 56mm tapes with a feed of 48mm (outer reel diameter: 33cm). 175 pieces are on a reel and 10 empty slots are empty for mounting on a tape feeder.

Soldering instruction phyCORE-i.MX 6UL/ULL Placement For a good accuracy the Modules have to be placed with a placement machine. Pin 1 is in the corner of the NAND Flash (green marker). With the fix camera of the placement machine we check the fiducials on the bottom of the SOM (Pin 1 marked with 3 instead of 4 fiducials, see Fig.

Our soldering profiles for the vapor phase soldering based on J-STD-020E (Table 5-2 Page 8). The liquidous time amounts 60 to 90 seconds and we recommend maximally 3 soldering processes.
