3.3 Installation of Cable connection kit

Step 3 - Install Spent Cable Tube

1. Install spent cable tube in exit port.
2. Install 2 x lock bolt, nut and washers into
ports. Tighten and torque to 40-45 in-lbs
(4 Nm).
For best performance the following dimensions should be
followed.

STEERING CABLE
It is desirable that the cable connector kit is perpendicular to
the Tiller arm or quadrant at mid stoke. This geometry will
give the optimum performance.
