System halts when reading data stream. What is the reason?
It may be caused by a slackened connector. Please turn off the tool, firmly
connect the connector, and switch it on again.

Screen of main unit flashes at engine ignition start.
Caused by electromagnetic disturbing, and this is normal phenomenon.

How to save power?
• Please turn off the screen while the handset keeps idle.
• Set a shorter standby time.
• Decrease the brightness of the screen.
• If WLAN connection is not required, please turn it off.

Failed to enter into vehicle ECU system?
Please confirm:
• Whether the vehicle is equipped with the system.
• Whether the identified system is electronic control system.
• Whether the diagnostic cable is correctly connected.
• Whether the vehicle ignition switch is On.
If all checks are normal, send vehicle year, make, model and VIN number to us
