Setting the base station ringer tone

You are connected to an external party who has been
placed on hold while you conduct an internal consultation
or you have activated the mute function. The external par-
ty will hear music while on hold. Music on hold is activat-
ed by default.

Enter the four-digit base code; (factory default: "0000")

The factory default is level 1.
To set the ringer tone, the base station ringer
must be switched on.
It is easier to distinguish between calls signalled
at the base station and the handset if different
ringer tones are set for each. The ringer tone can
also be set for the handset
