INTRODUCTION The ACD-20SW, ACD-21SW and ACD-21SWC clamp-On meters come with a new patented rotating head design that allows easy viewing of the measurements in tight or inconvenient to reach places. Simply rotate the body of the meter to get an unobstructed view of the LCD display. -

Capacitance Measurement (ACD-21SW / ACD-21SWC only) When testing a capacitor that is part of a circuit, if “dS.C” is displayed on the screen, a voltage is present. Discharge the capacitor before testing. 1. Sett the Function Switch to “ E ” position. -
