Fitting the Step-in Aid

The Light speedbag has the Step-in aid already fitted. This makes it
easy to get your first foot in the speedbag after takeoff. The light spee-
dbag is more easily blown back because of its lighter material, making
it more difficult to reach.
Before takeoff push the knot on the elastic Step-in aid under the lace
of your left shoe/boot.
After takeoff pull the speedbag forward with your left foot, and put your
right foot inside.
