11. FAN REPLACEMENT
1. Refer to Frame 2 & 7(ignitor replacement)
Remove the 2 screws to separate

the fan from the combustion chamber.
3. Separate the fan from the
combustion chamber.
4. Fit the new fan.
5. Reassemble in reverse order.
6. Check the operation of the
water heater.
Refer to Frame 2.

12. OVERHEAT THERMOSTAT

1. Refer to Frame 2.
Remove the 1 screw to separate

overheat thermostat the from the bracket.
3. Separate the overheat
thermostat from the bracket.
4. Fit the new overheat thermostat.
5. Reassemble in reverse order.
6.
Check the operation of the
water heater. Refer to Frame 2.
