5. BURNER REPLACEMENT
1. Refer to Frame 2.
2. Remove the 14 screws retaining the
combustion chamber case.
Remove the 7 screws to separate

the manifolder from the burner and
gas valve.
Separate the burner

Fit the new Burner.

Reassemble in reverse order.

(Make sure that O-ring is fitted on the
gas valve.)
Check the operation of the

water heater. Refer to Frame 2
6. SPARK PLUG &
FLAMES SENSING ROD
1. Refer to Frame 2.
2. Remove the 4 screws to separate the
spark plug bracket fromthe combustion
chamber.
3. Separate the spark plug or
flames sensing rod from the
combustion chamber.
Fit the new components.

Reassemble in reverse order.

Check the operation of the

REPLACEMENT

Remove the 7 screws to separate
the manifolder from the burner and
gas control valve.
Separate the burner from
the combustion chamber.
