9. FLOW RATE CONTROL VALVE REPLACEMENT
1. Refer to Frame 2-3.
Remove the 2 clips from T-socket & cold water

inlet pipe and then turn the nut counterclockwise
to seprate the water control valve.
Remove the 1 clip from cold water

connector to separate the water
control valve.
4. Fit the new water control valve.
Reassemble in reverse order.
5.
6. Check the operation of the water heater.
Refer to Frame 2-3.

BYPASS CONTROL VALVE

1. Refer to Frame 2-3.
2. Remove the 2 clipsto separate
volume control valve from the bypass pipe &
hot water outlet pipe.
Separate the water volume

control valve from the hot water
outlet pipe.
4. Fit the new water control valve
Reassemble in reverse order.
5.
6. Check the operation of the
water heater.
