Toggles transmit power between 25w (Hi) and 1w (Lo) for short
range transmissions, for example when in a marina. This pre-
serves battery power.
Regulations restrict some channels, such as 15 and 17 to low
power only, in which case this key will have no effect.
Press the DSC softkey to enter DSC Mode.
