H H H H H Storing a special message in memory
Selecting and storing a built-in message:

While in the stop mode, press the MESSAGE button.
I You can do this even when the power is off.
I To enter a message in extra large characters:
Press the DISPLAY button.

Press the or on the MULTI CONTROL button to select
"SPECIAL MESSAGE".
I If the clock is not set, you cannot select "SPECIAL MESSAGE".
Adjust the clock, and then try selecting again.

Press the ENTER button.

Enter the month and day that you want to display the special
message, using the MULTI CONTROL button.
I For details on how to enter the month and day, see page 10.

Press the ENTER button.
I The built-in messages stored in memory will appear.

Press the or on the MULTI CONTROL button to select the
message you want to display.
Types of fixed messages stored in memory
1 NEW MESSAGE .... for creating a custom message by yourself
2 LAST MESSAGE ... for checking or changing a message
3 HAPPY BIRTHDAY
4 A MEMORABLE DAY
5 CONGRATULATIONS
6 HAPPY HOLIDAYS
7 TIME TO PARTY
8 HAPPY ANNIVERSARY

Press the MESSAGE button.
I A special message will be stored in memory. When the power is turned
on when the specified day comes, the set special message will
appear.
Note:
I You can store up to 12 special messages in memory. After this, each
subsequent new message stored in memory will cause the earliest
message to be erased.
