n If you connect communication devices to a Hub module like YASKAWA JEPMC-
MT2000-E with more than 2 MECHATROLINK-III interfaces, you automatically create
a star network topology.
n If an individual MECHATROLINK-III device fails, this does not automatically lead to
failure of the entire network, in contrast to other structures. Here, only the subnetwork
that contains the faulty MECHATROLINK-III device fails.
