    Description of the equipment A Platform: where the user stands to perform the exercise. B Lever: operated by the user by means of the roller (C); before starting to exercise, or between one set and the next, the ROM device may be used to adjust the starting position thus modifying the range of motion. D ROM device: system for adjusting the Range of Motion and the starting position of roller (C) .

    Safety devices and warnings The maximum user weight is 180 kg. The outside of the weight stack is covered by a protective panel. The equipment has no sharp corners. All parts which come into contact with the user's body are suitably protected with rubber coverings or padding. Pay particular attention to the parts of the equipment with labels indicating “BEWARE OF CRUSHING”.

    Lifting and moving the equipment Use the wheels and castors (optional) to move the equipment. WARNING Move the equipment very carefully, because it may become unstable and tip over. The wheels for moving the equipment snap on underneath the feet of the equipment, after it has been raised, and are held in place by the special straps.

    Adjusting the equipment After the equipment has been positioned on the floor, check that it is level. To do this, under the crosspieces there are two feet (A) for supporting the equipment: turn the feet slightly to the right or left so that they come into contact with the floor.

    Assembly WARNING When installing the equipment, use suitable personal protective equipment. To assemble the platform: untie the bands attaching the platform to the equipment, and remove its packing materials; remove the two nuts (C) and the two washers (D) from the two threaded pins (B) under platform; place platform on the equipment, so that the two threaded pins (B) underneath it fit into the two holes (E) on the equipment frame (on the opposite side to the weight stack).
  • Page 16 Assembly To level the platform, use a 17-mm open end spanner to adjust the two rubber threaded feet (F), under the platform. For example, to lower the foot, first turn the nut of the foot anticlockwise to loosen it, and then turn the foot itself until it rests on the floor; finally, tighten the nut by turning it clockwise while holding the foot in place.

    Storage If the equipment is not expected to be used for a prolonged period, we recommend storing it: in a clean and dry place, covered with a cloth to protect it from dust; in an environment with a temperature between +10°C and +25°C and humidity between 20% and 90%. Use the original packing materials, to better preserve the equipment.

    Disposal It is always good practice to ensure that the equipment can never constitute a hazard; therefore do not leave the equipment where children may play with it. Do not dump the equipment in the environment, or in public areas or private areas accessible to the public. The equipment is made from recyclable materials such as steel, aluminium and plastic, which must be disposed of in the manner prescribed by the urban refuse collection regulations in force, by firms specialised in urban and environmental hygiene.

    Using the equipment Standing on the platform, pull knob (A) and use the handgrip (E) to adjust the height of the rotation point of the lever: rotation point (B) must be level with your hip for this exercise. Pull knob (C) and adjust the position of roller (D) according to the exercise. Select the workload with pin (G).

Push the roller downward until the lever is perpendicular to the platform, without bending your upper body to assist the movement. During the return movement of the exercise, do not return the weight stack to its rest position.
