Eaton's Cooper Power™ series VFI tester simulate Fault Current for verification of minimum trip device use in conjunction with Eaton's Cooper Power series values and time current characteristics of Tri-Phase and pad-mounted VFI switchgear. Before operating this device, TPG electronic control boards utilized in VFI pad-mounted carefully read and understand the contents of this manual.

Operating procedures Connect the 14-pin female/14-pin male interrupter interface cable (Item 1) to the VFI tester at the interrupter port. Refer to Figure 4 for steps 3 through 8.
