REVIEWING CALLER ID INFORMATION - continued
1. Press the "ERASE" button again to confirm until "ALL ERASED" appeard in the LCD.
2. To Cancel erase, press the "TALK" or "UP or DOWN" button or do not press any button for 15 seconds.
3. " NO CALLS " will appear in the L CD display confirming that there are no calls stored in memory.

USING THE CALLBACK FEATURE

The IBM-3345 can call back any telephone number in the LCD display
At Stand-By mode, you can review the received calls by pressing UP( ¡ ã ) and down ( ¡ å ) button and dial
the number shown on the LCD display by pressing the CALLBACK button.
1. If you have reviewed the calls you want to dial, press the CALLBACK button and the ' PRESS TALK'
will appear in the LCD display.
Press the ' TALK' button, then the number you selected will be dialed automatically.
2. If SET AREA CODE appears in the LCD display prior to ' PRESS TALK' or dialing, it means that you
have not programmed the local area code.
Please hang up the telephone and program the area code.
3.If a local call (a telephone number with same area code that you set) is reviewed and its 7-digit number
displayed , . Press the "CALL BACK" and "TALK" Button to dial the displayed number.
If you press "CALL BACK " button one more, then 11 digits will appear.
If you press "CALL BACK" button two more, then 10 digits will appear.
4.If a long distance call( a telephone number with different area code that you did not set) is reviewed and
its 10-digit (3 digit area code + 7 digit telephone number) number displayed, press ' CALLBACK' button
to dial the displayed telephone number.
5.When ' PRESS TALK' appears in the LCD, all control buttons are locked out from use for a period of
ten (10) seconds. This prevents accidental interruption of the call while the IBM-3345 is dialing.
