Any electrical appliance installed on your premises for more than one year is subject to
regular safety testing.
In the unlikely event of your Eau de Vie system failing such a test, you are required by
law to turn off the power supply to the unit. You should then immediately call the
Winterhalter Serviceline on 01908 359059.
