    BEFORE INSTALLATION This water cooler has been designed to supply the highest quality of water. In order to get the best performance from your product, we advise you to carefully read the instructions contained in this manual and keep it for future reference.     SANIFICATION The machine will need to be sanitised Foto 24.1 after installation, when one of the hydraulic components is replaced, when the filter is changed and also at least once a year. This operation must be undertaken by a qualified technician who has completed a specialised training course for hygiene and sanitizing.

    Only C5 Sanitiser Spray or other approved water sanitising solutions designed specifically to be used with water, may be used with the Eau de Vie filtered water system. Filters A replaceable filter is used which removes sediment; sub micron particles and pathogenic bacteria and chlorine and other contaminants causing bad flavour or odour.
  • Page 24 After washing, bottles should be left in the tray to cool and then be filled and capped as soon as possible. TIP: For best results always use Eau de Vie branded bottle-wash racks. Hybrid racks from other manufacturers may interfere with the vertical hot water jets.

    Any electrical appliance installed on your premises for more than one year is subject to regular safety testing. In the unlikely event of your Eau de Vie system failing such a test, you are required by law to turn off the power supply to the unit. You should then immediately call the Winterhalter Serviceline on 01908 359059.
