• Remove food from wrapper
and place in a
microwave-safe
dish or place on a
microwave-safe
roasting
rack.
• Cover thin parts with aluminum
foil.
• Large roasts should
be still icy in center. Allow to
stand.
• Fish and seafood
should also be slightly
icy.
• Food can be defrosted
in a styrofoam
package.
• Some types of food will need to be rearranged
at
the Pause.
