The 3˝ case uses qty (2) AA alka- line batteries, the 4 ⁄ ˝ case uses qty (2) C alkaline batteries. Use either Duracell MN2400, MX2400 or Energizer E92BP, X92RP AAA alkaline, non-rechargeable batteries.
