Description
Shows the standard uncertainty for the noise figure measurement. This value also
reflects the uncertainty tolerance for noise figure based on the confidence level
(conversion factor) set by the user in the Display.

uncertainty tolerance for gain based on the confidence level (conversion factor) set by
the user in the Display.
