12 Magnet Ring configuration. The use of twelve magnets has allowed Clearaudio to use pure 24 Karat gold
for the coils, wound with wire 30% thinner than that used previously. This further reduces the moving mass
and provides a generator assembly of incredible efficiency.

PERFECTLY BALANCED Cartridge NEW GENERATION: CLEARAUDIO MOVING COIL Cartridges are
mechanically, magnetically, and electrically balanced. The gold coils are positioned precisely between
8 pcs. of identically strong magnets (
then directly mounted at the cantilever and positioned to the front and rear sides of the pivot point, working
in the same manner as an inside, homogeneous magnetic field. This results in extremely good linearity and
the lowest distortion, with a dynamic range of up to 100 db.
EXCELLENT LINEARITY
The Clearaudio design guarantees superb linearity in phase response. Because of the patented location of
the micro gold coils within the 8 magnets, the vibrating elements are always in precision perfect balance.
This configuration ensures a symmetrical distribution of the mass within the two vibrating systems all the
time.
